This involves demolitions of the existing residence, excavation of land and rebuilding of a new three-level residence with GAXA as client-side Project Management team.

Cirrus

The project has been aptly named “Cirrus” due to its prolific and distinctive facade, drawing inspiration from the delicate and wispy nature of cirrus clouds, which are characterized by their white, filament-like strands. Just as cirrus clouds form when warm, dry air ascends, leading to the deposition of water vapor onto rocky or metallic dust particles at high altitudes, this project encapsulates a similar sense of elevation and grandeur in its design.

The main project objective is to provide project management systems and processes which enables streamlining of a competitive construction tendering process and the subsequent onsite construction works. Also to establish a thorough audit of the provided consultant documentation, efficient project strategy and advise on any further consultant engagement.
