The Project Management Team at GAXA is responsible for overseeing the Little Bay PHNX Project, ensuring that the construction meets all approved specifications and design documents. This includes managing the intricate details from initiation through to completion, offering both phone support and conducting weekly site visits to maintain a seamless flow of communication and project continuity. 

GAXA handles the budget through a cost-plus contract, ensuring financial clarity and oversight. The team briefs and coordinates with the builder’s trades before engagement, overseeing design execution during the build phase to promote best practice outcomes among all contracted parties. This active management helps in maintaining design integrity and in resolving any site or construction-related issues promptly, keeping the client well-informed throughout the process. 

GAXA collaborates closely with the client’s third-party consultants and the general contractor to ensure a cohesive project approach. The coordination of the site and consultants enables streamlining of the construction tendering process and the subsequent on-site construction works, which can then be efficiently duplicated for the other duplex site. This meticulous administration of contract documents and management of the project timeline against contractual deadlines ensure all processes align with the set plans and schedules.

The team also applies strict quality control measures, manages procurement of client-supplied items to meet standards, reviews contractor progress, and assesses any proposed variations or delays. Upon project completion, GAXA supervises the final defect inspection with the owner, ensuring any issues are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
